How long has it been since these shoes were put on?
Celia and I rode, we ran into a couple of other ladies that we know and sat and visited with them for about 30 minutes so our actual ride time was probably only 2 hours. We did do one 1 mile trot. It was great. Harley kept wanting to break to a lope, but would rate back down easily, and did NO head throwing. All this makes me think I am on the right track with the bit:). He just does not need any curb chain action at all.
I didn't get any pictures of the ride, sorry, but I did take one of him tied to my trailer. Now that the tack room door is fixed, I moved the trailer over a bit so I could tie to it. I've been wanting to do this because the tree I tie too is dead, we've talked about it. I think this is going to work great. I can see him from the house. I blocked the tires good with cinder blocks.

When you do go to download the video, choose to download it to your machine instead of trying to stream it... it would run smoother that way on dialup.
Bay was shod 6 weeks ago, he's due in another 2 weeks.
I left a message for my vet, no call back yet, but he's probably out on calls and I didn't call the emergency number (his cell)
So glad you had a good ride and the bit is a good fit. Sounds like he's doing great, and the saddle too?
