I'm either working with nursing home patients, tube feeders, those in really bad nutritional shape and losts of the homeless MI/D&A types.
It sure does put things in perspective. If they don't have bad labs, wounds or are 30% underweight, I'm having a good day. If they can feed themselves, chew, swallow and don't see green bugs in their food (or worse, talking to them), I'm having a GREAT day!
