The Grissom/Buschwhacker Past Champ rule in Busch is apparently now official -
NASCAR Scene Daily is now reporting it as fact. A past Busch Series champ will be able to use the provisional only once every 8 races (H/T -
Jayski). Unknown (mainly because NASCAR.com isn't carrying it) is whether it's 8 races on the schedule or 8 races that driver entered.
