I work in the industry. Certainly not nation-wide, or I wouldn't be looking here. Maybe a regional network is having problems. Or maybe the store's phone line is down.
yesterday pre-superbowl i went out and 2 seperate convience stores were down.....I finally drove to grocery store and they had no problem.
probably just a certain company that processes this is having issues.
