Hi Jonny and pbear. Thanks for the ping, Jonny. I think Ace is the best looking guy to appear so far, but the embalmer is cute and has a much better voice. At least that's the way it seemed in those brief audition clips we get to hear.

I think the begging with a camera crew bugs me the most too...also, when they constantly complain about the smells of a place or yell at some poor ticket lady that doesn't speak 3 words of English (which is 3 more words than they speak of Chinese).

I am SO looking forward to the Hollywood phase of AI. I'm tired of the prelims.

Clue #1: In TAR 7, the couple photographs had three different backgrounds... and the couples were eliminated in order of the backgrounds. Although CBS probably learned their lesson there, there are two different backgrounds in these photos:

Ray/Yolanda
Wanda/Desiree

River:
David/Lori
Eric/Jeremy
John/Scott
Lake/Michelle

Watch the first two eliminations... if they have the same background in their photo then there's a chance the rest of the couples with the same background are also early losers.

Might be, although they already have shown us some good candidates for the top 12.

BTW, did you hear that AI has now been syndicated. The first season will be shown on cable TV this fall. The press release said something about new and/or previously unseen footage being added. I don't remember which cable station is going to carry it.

Leading up to this year's show, the fourth season of AI (if I'm not mistaken) re-aired on FX or some other FOX related channel. But this fall the AI reruns will be available to all networks. But I don't know how they'll be packaged or edited.

These two look as if they intended on auditioning for the remake of "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure" at ended up at the wrong studio instead!
