I prefer the Lenten music over the music for Advent/Christmas because it's so dark and moving. Just wonderful.

My favorite church Holy Day is Maundy Thursday. I like all of the others, but Maundy Thursday moves me more than all the rest combined.

It's the only large issue, and we've found lots of houses with issues. Since he's fixing it, and we've stipulated it be inspected post-repair, I think it'll be fine. It's a great house, otherwise- 2100 sq. ft., 3BR, 2.5BA, .5 acre, rocking chair porch, close to the lake...

I was hoping to be doing that right now, since Vlad had stopped eating for a little while, but leaving Anoreth in charge proved to be a failure. I think she'll be having a nap this afternoon -- only being brain-dead with exhaustion excuses her sitting on the sofa watching TV while James walked around screaming.

Not precisely, but she wants to go outside in the afternoon to play with her friends, which she can't do if she's been declared Exhausted and sent to bed. Especially since she still has to do schoolwork once she's "recovered."

It's a little routine we have, where I say, "I'm sure you're not deliberately defying my instructions, because that would be Stupid. You must just be too tired to think straight. Have a nice rest ... turn in your CD player first, so you're not distracted ..."

I, of course, would spend most of my waking hours asleep, if I wasn't spending them feeding and changing Vlad :-).

Have fun! We don't have to report our test results - just have them, in case the Division of Non-Public Education ever turns up on the doorstep ... unlikely, since I'm told they have only 5 inspectors for the whole state!
