I'm sorta lost, too....where is RoboCop?
I spent 4 hours on the phone last friday trying to migrate e-mail addresses to my new DSL account. I got so tired of saying "yes" and "support", and all the other stupid words I had to say to work through the menus. And none of them understood cursing.
