Of the four pictures, only Kim Raver's actually came from the show. I'm not really sure where Mary-Lynn's and Reiko's come from but Elisha's is from the Emmys IIRC.

It should be easy to add Connie Brittain since the background is all one color. If it was a background like the Michelle sig (which was the most time consuming one I've ever done) or the one I'm using with Chloe, it would mean starting totally over.
