She thinks Palmer was killed because of something she was about to tell him.

She told John Kerry, I mean Logan, and Logan said he'll get Walton to took into it. Walton was then told to do nothing.

Martha said that Palmer contacted her because Logan wouldn't listen to him. She said Palmer had something to tell her about national security and that it involved her husband.

But we don't know--and Logan doesn't know--if what she's saying really happened. (Martha has problems :)
