The thing is, you still do CPR even if there's no pulse, and no breathing, don't you? I don't know. I would think it would depend on the type of injuries. Another thought is it's "better TV" to see Tony craddling her when there's the secondary than if he was doing CPR.

Thats just it, she wasn't messed up that bad, if they really wanted her dead a scene of her burning in the car would have been much more persuasive.
