Spoilers, if you want to read it, highlight the space after:
When Palmer got shot within the first three minutes of the show, then when Tony and Michelle got hit with the car bomb, The Girlfriend and I were speechless. When the bomb went off, the only thing we did was gasp, scaring the crap out of our new puppy. The entire thing was unreal!!!
I heard Keifer say that "Jack is pissed." Seriously, I don't think he's ever been "pissed" before in the previous seasons, except maybe right after Terri died, but that was the end of the season. With Michelle and Palmer dead, and Tony slowly getting there, I'm thinking Jack will be more unpredictable, more out of control, and the body count for the baddies will be MUCH higher!
Ok, back. It amazes me how the writers of this show can raise the bar every single year. I'm one of those who says, "There's no way they can raise it past what happened last season." Every time I am pleasantly wrong. CANNOT WAIT for tonight!!!!
To their credit, the folks at 24 brought in thriller writer Vince Flynn to help build this year's story line. New blood :)
And Jack Bauer used the alias "Frank Flynn" last night--the "Flynn" was borrowed from Vince.
Poor puppy (from your spoiler)!
