It's the VP, he ordered the hit - that's my bet. How did that van get on the road if Palmer's brother was stopped? I know, I know...it's in the script. I also don't understand how the IIB got a schematic for the terrorists but didn't know what it was of. How did she get the info if she didn't know what she was asking for?

Aaron, it's the least likely scenario for fans though. Face it, they've made CTU so corrupt from moles... it has to come from somewhere else. VP is too easy... especially the way they did it, obvious.
