She's redeemed herself and is one of my favs now. One of the verities of the 24 universe is that everyone gets a chance at redemption. Granted, it's usually by way of a tragic sacrificial death (a la Chappelle or Mason).

No. Keeler was a Repub. Sherri Palmer said that David withdrawing from the primary would throw the Dems into a state of panic and that Keeler would win. Said in Season 3 when Sherri asks Keeler for a position in his administration.

There was a brief scene in the previews of a character we have not seen before.
If what I've heard is correct, he is very important for the rest of the season.
Saying anything else would be considered a spoiler so I can't say it in public.

Kim wasn't in season 4.
Chloe doesn't appear until Season 3.
The only people who have appeared in all 5 seasons are Jack, Tony, Palmer, and Aaron. Everyone else died in previous seasons.
Nina and Chapelle died in Season 3, Mason in Season 2, Michelle is presumed dead in 5.1 but she didn't come on the show until Season 2.
Now Palmer is dead and so is Tony. Aaron is a big ??? right now and Jack... Well, he's Jack so what more needs to be said, LOL!

They've done a good job in making Henderson the most evil villain ever on 24. He has managed to surpass Nina.
And Weller is very good in the role. He makes Henderson so cold and calculating.
But, I still say the best supporting actor this season is Itzin as Logan. He has done a wonderful job and deserves an Emmy for it.

Did anyone else catch what will probably be the ending for this season? At 7:00 A.M. David Palmer's body is going to be loaded onto the plane for transport home. This is where I suspect we'll see the silent clock for him. I saw that but didn't catch the time. Somehow I don't think Logan will be there, LOL.
Cool, I just looked up and saw a C-130 flying straight for my office. I was visualizing them loading his casket into a plane, and there it was!
Yes, of course it turned!

Good point about Jack's weakness. You are right.
In fact, I had forgotten that Jack had shot H's wife's knee--oppps above the knee, to be exact : > Jack's notion of kindness. I agree that is the template here. He even did it in the same day --in the mad rush that is 24.
I do dissent that if H shot Audrey, it may be too uncontrolled and that would mean he would lose the effect he was trying to accomplish. No telling what JB would do upon hearing a shot and realizing that A was hit. There is also the uncontrolled affect on her body.
BTW, it must be interesting to be part of the staff that writes the show. Apparently, it is up for consideration as to how or what is going to happen. That must be wild. All the ramifications!

FORCED to start a new thread? OK, no more unnecessary posts....--LOLActually... the real helpful tip if you don't want to be forced to a new thread, is no unnecessary abuse reports. Posting on the big threads doesn't slow the server down, but ~moderating~ them does. I think basically, for the mods to come in and delete posts, they have to load the whole thread.

Uh, Jack--why didn't you use those cutters to start with?
Jack Bauer's strength grows exponentially in response to the amount of pain he has to endure in order to escape.
Cutters would only have maintained his strength, or even lessened it.
