Well then, what shows have you recently watched that have commented on Alito's references to Stare Decisis? What I am saying is, watching news shows about an event that is being publicly aired IMO is somewhat counterintuitive. The reason I am not watching nor will I watch any talking head show that covers this event is because I am watching it myself and will therefore form my own opinion of it and Judge Alito. What some self important talking head thinks is to me unimportant.
