Though it leaves a lot of room for interpretation....it looks like they've "interpreted" this portion of their TOS to mean your busted:

I believe I was zotted by Yahoo becasue some gay cowboy is pushing the abuse button on ever negative review. That said I have figured out a way to help the movie out ... we should go click the button that says was this review helpful if enough people click the bad reviews those reviews will show up on the front page with the movie.

I also checked yesterday there were between 15-20 negative reviews for just January 9th today there are only four left.
