Basically, yesterday I wrote a review of Brokeback Mountain I was very honest and not derogatory in anyway. I stated that the advertising for the movie was misleading and that the movie itself ignored the fact that these men destroyed the families they created rather than making a choice not to have those families when they realized they were gay.
I gave the movie the rating of F on the Yahoo scale.
Now the yahoo people have sent me a threatening email and have said they are going to close my account if I engage in any more of these activities. Well I guess they better close the account because they aren't going to threaten me. In fact I may take an entire day one day and open hundreds of free yahoo accounts to waste their bandwidth and find someway to get all those accounts spammed so it wastes more bandwidth. I am so sick of the leftists that run Yahoo.
They said nothing about your review of Brokeback mountain. That is an email they send to people who use their accounts to spam other accounts. I think you are jumping to conclusions.
I'd bet anything that email did not come from Yahoo and someone is yanking your chain. Forward it to Yahoo with a complaint about abuse of service - they are harassing you and falsely misrepresenting themselves as Yahoo staff.
My guess: There's a way to report abuse, liberals all reported abuse, this was an auto-reply based on the number of complaints. Don't sweat it. And if you don't like it, create another account.
Tell them to F off and get an account with someone else..
Nope I have went through the lowest reviews on the site and my review was removed. It must have been removed because they were offended that I said in my review that the two main characters should not have destroyed two families by their bad choices in life. That was as derogatory as I got in the review. N where near as bad as some of the others still on the site. If I thought I was as bad as some of those I wouldn't be complaining.
As I don;t Spam accounts and only use this account for personal email I don;t think it can be for spam.
that's what I am saying....
Yup, somebody reproted him and the standard letter whent out.
I think the alleged Yahoo letter did not come from Yahoo. It doesn't read like a business letter.
There are gay agenda fellows who sit and read everything online and then send out whatever kind of spam that suits their purposes to try to intimidate people like you who freely express their negative thoughts about gay stuff. If I were you, I'd forward that note to Yahoo's spam site.
I don't know just directing people's attention to what Yahoo is doing is help in it's own way.

This is the email address the letter came from
LOL. There are over 2,000 reviews at Yahoo. The first 10 pages I scrolled through were uniformly positive. Therefore, I have a feeling that the bad reviews have been edited out.
I also figure that your "review" must have been something if it got cut out of 2,000 posts. So, really, what did you really say? You can tell us.
I watch almost all movies and I also make movies in my spare time.
No, but my point is, someone might have complained you were doing it just to get Yahoo on your back. I seriously doubt Yahoo is going to threaten your account because you gave Brokeback Mountain a bad review. I get bogus emails from Yahoo all the time telling me my account is suspended unless I respond to their email. It's just phishing.
I am being completely honest about what I said in the review. The most negative line in the review was the one about bad choices and destroying two familes.

Funny thats the same review I heard from the only person I know thats seen it.
So where can we go to give a like minded review?
