There was a trick bragged about by the left when "The Passion of the Christ" was released. The perps would buy a ticket for another movie at the theater, then go in to watch "Passion." That way, they urged, people could see the movie without ticket sales being attributed to it. Wouldn't surprise me one iota if the same ploy were being used on this film in reverse, to bump sales figures.
