I saw the Shepherd book--awhile back I posted a link to free audios of his shows. Do a Google search.

I almost bought the Malkin, but it was criminal to charge that amount for such a thin book.

I got Malkin book fairly cheap via amazon. I think my friend who gave me the book on Shep did the same. Yes, Malkin's book was thin but I enjoyed it.

I have Zell Miller's National Party No More and Deficit
of Decency; may re-read the latter to again enjoy his
recounting of the '04 election--and his speech about Kerry
at the RNC. "Armed with what? Spitballs?"
