Of course, as far as criminal charges, I'm sure he'll get off easy. Sex perps most always do. AND our jail seems to look for any excuse not to keep people there. We have some regular returning drug addicts that have discovered that their get out of jail free card is claiming to have hepatitis or a staff infection. Doesn't matter if they actually do or not. They might as well install a revolving door at the new jail for all the use it is in actually keeping anyone in it.
