Seems I've crossed up another lawyer. I'm getting good at that. He's trying to get me removed from a case because he says I'm hostile towards his clients. These are parents that have used and abused the system all their lives, CPS has been involved in their lives ever since they've had children (15 years), they have been given every possible service to help them get their kids back....and then a few that went WAY beyond the call of policy and duty and yes, I have gotten very frustrated with them as I've watched the effect their non-action has had on their kids.

The kids have been in foster care nearly 17 months...5 months beyond the legal limit for resolution, and now suddenly, their noncompliance is MY fault because I am hostile and have "tried to sabotage their efforts" (good trick when they haven't made any that we didn't practically force them to make). The parents are lazy, incompetent takers that have never made their kids a priority. Oh, and one of them was sexually abused multiple times right under their noses, and most likely with their knowledge. The dad claimed to a neighbor at one time that that was how they were paying the rent, and they are the kind of people that wouldn't see a probem with it.

Had neighbors once who sold their then 14 year old daughters virginity to a drug dealer so they could pay rent and get drugs.
