Not me... Apparently that is the current fantasy of that goofy mayor donw in New Orleans. Looks like he is trying to stroke the few dems left in that city. The city is only about 30% functional right now with about half the work force commuting into the city daily. Nagin is trying to appeal to the black voters who were never all that happy with him before the storms. Right now, the only way he can talk to most of them is with asinine statements that will get some nationwide air time in all the places where evacuees have relocated.
