The usual more people talk about how terrible and immoral a movie is, the more people want to go see it. When will people learn to just ignore a movie like this instead of feeling so impulsively compelled to tell people how terrible it is. Good publicity is good publicity but bad publicity is very good publicity for a movie like this.
Movies live & die by word of mouth.
If BBM was fun or sexy, you'd probably have a some curiosity seekers, but monotonous bordom relieved by moments of utter revulsion will not send droves of heterosexuals to the theater.
Not even King Kong has been able to do that. For passionate illicit love, that's the movie to see.
