With all the advance publicity this thing has gotten, they'd better hope for good sales of DVDs. That's pretty pathetic, seeing as how every three dollar bill has already gone to see it.

I thought the $3.3 million figure was GROSS box office receipts, not the NET figure? What kind of overhead do theaters have? They can't get by with paying all of their employees, and the landlords they lease from, and their food suppliers and the tax-collectors and so on with nothing other than free movie tickets, can they?
