The premise in the lib use of the word "homophobia" is that people who are not willing to accept homosexual behavior as normal do so out of an irrational fear of some sort.
The word itself is an invention, spliced together by some leftie journalist some time back, if memory serves.

"homophobia" = fear of the same, the uniform
But tell a progressive in favour of "diversity" that they are homophobic, amd do they appreciate it? No.
