It is remarkable how much a tad of sugar can add to the flavor of both dried beans and canned beans.

I'm using a lot of sugar right now making chocolate fudge for my neighbors' Christmas presents, BUT I forgot to put in the vanilla flavoring in the last batch! Maybe I can mix some of the pieces in w/the flavored pieces. You think? LOL

I love to read your references and comments about Mr. Marple. He sounds like an all American regular guy. LOL

Yes,he is. He also puts up with all of my foibles, of which there are a great many. LOL!

By the way, there is an article on AOL that says Valerie Plame has resigned from the CIA. Is this news, or something being recycled?
