I'm wondering what is driving this train as well. Where is the political payoff on such an investigation? I haven't heard of an outcry in California from the congressman's constituency over this.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for finding and returning Tibet's stolen treasure's, I'm just wondering why he's choosing this particular moment to take on yet another assignment as the world's policemen and stir up another hornet's nest when this particular dog has been sleeping for so long.
