My wife has always made ours, so I'm afraid I don't know.
Buy? (I personally do not like any of these. Only one has the central white candle and many get the colors wrong.)
Or is that too much detail?
However, underware model shapely I still ain't. Spare tire is still giving me a slight case of "potato butt", although Zon says she is noticing a difference in the right direction already.
Just fine. My parents are coming on Monday - need to clean the floors!
If the floors must be done (note that I am not advocating that floors be done, just as I do not advocate dusting), I propose that the children do it.
Granny's Law of Housekeeping: When pregnant, all surfaces between the depth of the floor and the height of the hip of the pregnant individual, inclusive, shall be cleaned by those whose size enables them to reach them more easily than the pregnant individual.
*steam rising from stuned alice*
Wha'? Did you ask me something?
*swoon*
I have to kick start my diet/exercise program when I return home. I love vacations, but they tend to overstay their welcome on me.
It'll take about two weeks to see noticeable difference in firmness, but I'll keep you posted.
I really like the idea of making our own. Thanks for the links!
Definitely! If I did the floors (wood floors, kitchen and dining room, vinyl in the bathrooms) I'd have to go to bed for the rest of the day. Der Prinz and his slovenly offspring will do it by Sunday evening, or the news will be here to film the carnage. OldTax-lady will notice dirty floors!
I have a glass wreath base for the candles; bought it many years ago at a church fundraiser. I decorate it every year and get new candles. For the last several years, we've had some fake evergreen to put around it, but some years I've just used ribbon, or had it plain.
Yeah... I have a tendancy to over-do things when getting back into a routine. Trying a different tack this time. Seems to be working. Clothes are fitting better even if the scale isn't doing exactly what I was hoping it would.
I bet she wouldn't notice if the dirt was evenly distributed over all of the floors!
The bottom of her socks would be dirty!
Oooooh. I have a spare glass bowl and some glass votive candle holders. I bet I can rig 'em to hold tapers. Hmmmm. Time to purloin the hubby's epoxy......
Buy her some brown house slippers.
I'm determined not to overdo it when I return. Start off the exercise slowly and purge the innards with plenty of fibrous veggies and water to get off to an even-leeled start. Then, diligently work towards my goals, yet to be set in a concrete sort of way. Nebulous goals produce nebulous results.
Well, for what it's worth, my good genes have managed to come through again, and I have lost inches as well as pounds. It's all firmer than it was, but now, I think I have the stamina to last a while...
And what's wrong with being a horndog? Or should I say, "It takes one to know one?" *wink-wink*
She's too set in her ways for that. I'll just have Der Prinz run the mop machine, and make Bill swab the bathrooms with Pine-Sol.
But, but, but....buying house slippers supports whole families in third world countries!
If I didn't like you, I'd have to hate you for your good genes! ;P
LOL! I get mine at Wal-mart, fairly often, because I forget that they can't go in the dryer! I need to wash these before I have the baby, and remember to hang them on a hook to dry ...
I had a hard time when I first got the Gazelle, because I was trying to use it too late in the day, when I was already tired.
It sat. And so did I. Until one morning, I said, "I think I can try 10 minutes this morning." So I spend 10-20 minutes on it every morning, within 30 minutes of getting up. It works. I LIKE it!
I bought some smaller outfits in anticipation, and I think another 5# will get me into at least one of them...:o]
I'm thinking it won't be long before I can get into some of the smaller ones in my closet! YAY, ME!!!
