We of the undead Thread occsionally use asterisks to denote actions, rather then words. *Chuckle*
You may find some of our conventions are rather unconventional. *Scratches head*
If that makes sense.

" how does one *merry Christmas*?" Jovially and vociferously. Pay no attention to the snowflakes.

"Warmth"?
One must define 'warmth' for me, as supposedly waves of freezer temp air drift off of me.

Please don't stop it.
Shall I add you to the ever-growing list, then?
I'm sorry--rist.
To: NicknamedBob
i like your writing. but snow is snow. an abomination. an unfortunate atmospheric aberration. KP just took "aberration" apart so i could see whence it came and get the spelling right. i'm glad he can do these things, i just wish he wouldn't do them to me. you are entirely too bright. what do you do for a living, if you don't mind my asking. (one of my siblings does something for a living, but every time i ask what it is, i am asked if i've read any good books lately.)

So what's going on?

finally eating lasagne. would have eaten sooner, but forgot to turn the oven temperature on when i set the timed-bake, so for some strange reason the lasagne didn't even defrost, let alone cook.

"you are entirely too bright." While I am aware that some appear to be afflicted with intelligence, like the curse of excessive wealth, I consider my mild talents to be nothing less than an amazing blessing. I love having the opportunity to entertain others, and myself.
"what do you do for a living, if you don't mind my asking."
My grand asperations of becoming a (rich and famous) published author are not coming into fruition quite as quickly as I had hoped. There are many aspects to achieving success in this field, and one of them is the recognition that comes from a successful marketing campaign, and in that skill I am sorely deficient. However, I know that the first step in developing a writing career involves writing, so I do that.
As to what I specifically do to earn money, why, I eke out a pitiable existence among my humble acquaintances. Still, it gives me time to write, and to FReep.
Read any bad books lately? (See, I told you I was lousy at marketing!)
