You make up a word, and expect me to define it?
The definition of a whodchnuck depends on the final part, chnuck, which sounds like shmuck, and has a similar meaning.
So, a whodchnuck is a shmuck that no one is willing to deal with, even to get rid of him, like a drunk with a flat tire.
