I've been shocked when I've heard people (who one would normally assume to be sane) talk about this sort of thing...
I was working for a client (a local branch of a nation wide temp agency) and it just happened to be the day after President Bush won the 2004 election. I kid you not: The assistant manager was in tears! She was saying how Bush was going to reinstitute slavery! I kept trying to tell her that there was no way that could happen. She kept going on about how her husband (who worked at a power company) was telling her how Bush was going to veto the law that congress has to pass every year that outlawed slavery. I'm not making this up!
These are the people who vote for Schumer and his ilk.

Dittonia! These Kiddiecrats are the same people who value the "correct" emotions over corrective results, and process over product. Never hold them to any standards- that would be mean. And besides, that would be too difficult.
