Why not, Alaska was a bargain - the Russians must be kicking themselves!!
I don't even want all of it.
They can keep what they consider to be the most valuable part, the lower section around Winnipeg.
I want the upper part, with the occasional ocean access.
(And the Nuclear Industry.)
