I'm just reporting what the food-safety nazis here have informed us. You can get salmonella, it appears, if your turkey (or large chicken) doesn't get thoroughly cooked, and it's more likely to be undercooked if it's stuffed.

Of course, these are the same food-safety nazis who require "Cook product before eating!" to be on the boxes of frozen pizza ...
