Our turkey popped earlier than expected, so we ate early and often! The carcass has been picked over and put in the pot with the pan drippings to become stock. The stock is simmering nicely.
Sionn, which chants? We still do chants as part of our morning prayer services and the rare 5th Sunday services which are conducted out of the old BCP.

Ours was done 5:30-ish. I think it went faster in the roaster oven. (Seems like this happened last year, too.)
We have everything cleaned up, and now most family members are eating pie. I'm waiting to have mine when the really loud ones have gone to bed, which will be Any Minute Now!

Our turkey popped earlier than expected, We don't have popping turkeys in Canada, so that comes across as , um, raunchy.
In a ROFLOL sort of way.
