Well, OldTax-lady (by phone) said the turkey would take 10 hours, and Der Prinz (on the spot) says it will take 5. And James won't care either way, due to the Tooth Shortage.

Goose is good. Turkey is good. If I could afford rib roast, that might have been on the menu instead! (and it might yet be on the Christmas menu. Since the boys are getting to where they disapear for holidays, I might be able to afford rib roast for two!
