Opp see that. So you do think supplements help. So any suggestion for a guy work out with who is trying ADD mass? That is NOT my problem so I do not know quite what to tell him.

Adding mass? Eat lots of protein. Go heavy. It's an equation as old as the mountains. I'd recommend eating at least 50-60% protein for a mass builder. Ascending Pyramid sets.
