Supplement? No. Not yet. I'm still in the "Break Down" phase. Trying to get the joints and ligature used to pushing/pulling again. Gonna give myself another month or so before I start amping up. It'd just be flushing 'em down the toilet now.
I've got a good source for Creatine/Glutamine powder (Universal) and their Vitamin packs are stellar. Still wish they sold their Animal Stak. That stuff was dynamite. The anti-lutenizing agents they tossed in there were a perfect offset to the androgenics. No acne or night sweats. Good stuff. But, Congress banned 'em. F*ckers.
