I'm back on 'the diet', as I call it.
No carbs or sugar.
And yeah... I'm 5' 10" and 260 right now. 51" chest and a 21" neck. I feel like things are shifting around a bit. Muscles feel a bit firmer already. I still feel flabbly as all get out, but already I feeling a lot more comfortable with the weights I'm pushing.
Still got a long way to go, but early progress is better than no progress.
