Have good travels.

We had our Thanksgiving in October.

How do you guys celebrate?
Which days do you have off, and which day do you usually eat your turkey?

We eat the turkey on Thursday, and that's the only day most businesses are closed. Some businesses are open, and some places (like the public library!) give themselves three or four days off.

Thanksgiving day is Thursday, last Thursday in Nov. If I remember correctly. Usually time for family gatherings and eating too much. Then we watch foot ball or play cards or whatever. On Friday those who don't work go shopping. Friday after Thanksgiving is the official start of the Christmas shopping season when most retailers open early have has some sort of giveaway gimmick to attract the early birds.
