Courage!
I take my courage liquidly,
So smoothly it slips down.
And then Im ready to take on,
The toughest guys in town!
Perhaps I would do better,
To look inside myself,
And drag the lion from my heart,
Instead of from a shelf.
I know its there inside me,
I hear it mewl and hiss!
And when I try to fetch it out,
Dont drag me into this!
Someday it might grow up a bit,
What do these things consume?
Somehow it doesnt seem to thrive,
In dark corners of the room.
Perhaps a little sunshine,
And fresh air is what it needs.
It seems you cannot win first prize,
Displaying only seeds.

I'm awed by your ability to compose poetry!
Sorry for the delay in my response, but my alter-ego, Prof. Alice, decided to use her venomous, red-inked quill on an idiot on another thread.
How many mason jars do you need and for what purpose, may I ask? Is it for liquid courage or canned stamina?
