Handel, Bach, Vivaldi, Palestrina, Fauré....for all-around great music; for dancing (up close and personal) try Orchesta Baobab's Specialists in All Styles. Personally, some of the tracks are equally suited to vertical and horizontal dancing, if you catch my drift.
