as I was saying--a friend of mine grew up in Chi., a Cubs fan, and now lives near Anaheim and cheers for Angels. He was born in Oct of '59...a month after the last time a Chicago team
was in the World Series.

My Red Sox were in World Series when I was 5, 13, 24, and last year when I was 42 (am same age as Clemens, 43)

I hear ya. I'm from the North Side, born and bred Cubs fan. But the Sox are Chicago, after all! So you're still pullin' for da home town!

The Cubs will get their turn in 2008, just in time for our every-century '08 championship.

But for now: GO SOX!
