Worked fine for me in IE. It is a WMV file so you'll have to use WMP to see it. The url to the file is:
http://216.86.150.60/videos/0/184511_2268d.wmv
Plug this into your addy bar and WMP should fire up and play it.
If not I could convert it to AVI for you and then split it with WinRar and email you the parts to rejoin it.
