Ah! I thought I'd missed a thread or something. Yeah. very odd. Is the sitter the Mayor's daughter or something?

I received this from a friend and translated it.
___________________________________________________________

A "Madame" opens the door of the brothel and sees an elegant middle-aged gentleman.

"Can I help you", asks madame.

"I want to see Natalie", answers the gentleman.

"Natalie is our best girl and she is very expensive"

"No matter, I must see Natalie"

When it appears that he would not visit with anyone but Natalie, she explains to him that Natalie receives 3,000 euros a visit.

Without blinking, the man puts hand in his pocket and he gives her thirty bills of one hundred euros. She sends for Natalie and the man and Natalie enter one of the rooms. After one hour the man leaves whistling.

The following night, the same gentleman appears and again requests to see Natalie.

Natalie says that it is very rare for a client come back so soon, two nights in a row, and that if he is going to request a discount that maybe arranged with Madame. The man demurred, and again gives another thirty, hundred euro, bills to her..

As on the previous day, he accompanies Natalie to one of the rooms. And an hour later he goes on his away.

When he appears on the third consecutive night, nobody can believe it. Again he gives Natalie three thousand euros and disappear with her for one hour..

When leaving, Natalie says to him:

"Nobody had used my services for three consecutive nights. Where are you from?"

He answers “I am from Cáceres".

"Are you serious?", she answers, "I have family in that city".

"I know," said the man.

"Your father passed away and I am the lawyer for your sisters. They requested me to give you your part of the inheritance:

9.000 euros.

Good night. It has been a pleasure".

MORAL: Certain things in this world are inevitable: Death, taxes and that you will be screwed by a lawyer...

Not that I know of. Most of the office is going to the funeral. I don't know if I'll be out of court in time. I've never been to a funeral for a child. It's not an experience I'm anxious to have.
