Yeah, we didn't lose power either. Underground power is nice. Although trees seem to hit some transformer somewhere close by.

I usually lose cable, but didn't this time. Even the wireless depends on a router connected to cable. Remember the Inaugural Day storm? Was that '92? I heard the cause of the windstorms is that the winds come down through the foothills like an airshaft? Or do you know how that works?

When there is a pressure difference between Eastern and Western WA. the air moves to equalize it...It really funnels through the low spots in the Cascades..That's what happened this time...Low pressure here, high pressure Eastern WA.

No underground power here, but not all that many trees either..
