Actually I did hear it Sharkey. What they said was that the Judge hadn't decided on the Prosecutorial Misconduct charge yet. And of course the other charge still has to be proved. I'm pretty sure Delay will come out okay. Apparently this Ronnie Earle is such a wingnut. He donates to Moveon.org??? He did the same thing to Kay Bailey Hutcheson and lost. He's pathetic to say the least. The Democrats have really been pathetic lately. I can't believe that A$$hole McMurtchy? or something like that.
