I thought it was unfair to fire Mark. He was following orders. The other three were somewhat culpable - Josh for botching the whole thing, James for the concept which proved counterproductive and Jennifer for hiring the snack vendor and not selling any radar guns ("is that what you call them?").
What shocked me is that once they re-organized, I thought Team Incompetence (the new Capital Edge) would surely be the ones to screw up big time. Other than Randal, it's a whole team of losers. Alla kept Randal and her dead-weight best friend then added Gay Clay, goof-off Markus and Adam. I still think they are a recipe for disaster.
I felt James was going far but now he's out. It's too bad Josh is gone because he was so quotable even if he wasn't a great candidate. He was great with those sidebar interviews. And losing Jennifer definitely reduces the hottie factor on the show but, face it, Miss Oregon was way out of her league.
Now they'll have to reorganize again because it is six against three. If Excel gets a choice, what do you bet they take back Randal?

I wonder if those folks ever consider that the person you pick stands out to Trump.. Do it twice, you almost gotta wonder why they continue on - the teams have obviously picked who is the best apprentice.
Wow, seeing all those folks take that cab ride home - I had hoped on the Yahoo site they would have had Trump show up at the suite, walk in, tell everyone to shut up and sit down, and say, "Look, I axed out a bunch of losers tonight. You can either take this as an opportunity to excel without the deadwood, or you can join them. No more screw-ups - got it? Now, I'm off to the Opera."

I was sad to see Mark go too, I thought he had potential. But Trump was right to fire him too. It was a sales challenge and even though he did what he was told, he did not argue that he should be out there selling.
Alla's team was smart and set up a kiddie area where they could play by themselves and they could all be out there selling. I also think the choice of what to sell was interesting. Alla's team chose golf, pricier stuff but look more people bought. I think people who are into golf and buy their own stuff have to have bucks while baseball and attracting familes with young kids maybe they just came for the batting cage and the hot dogs. I thought Alla did a great job and handled the difficult people on her team.
