In Greer's Sixth Circuit, Gov. Bush awarded judgeships to a few candidates who let Terri die, i.e. Carassas and a judge who comes from the Battaglia & Ross Law Firm. There's no more powerful GOP lobbyist than Battaglia the elder. He lobbies in DC all the time. The death care system provides excellent employment opportunities for judges and attorneys who turned Florida into The Starvation State.

I have no respect for Jeb Bush but expect to see him holding a presser as Wilma approaches Florida. (note that he will have Tom Gallagher w/him, not Charlie Crist. I'm not fond of Jeb but apparently, Jeb is not fond of Charlie Crist any longer. IMO, the rift occurred shortly after the 2002 campaign when they shared a campaign office. I don't even know if that was LEGAL. I kinda doubt it. Jeb and Charlie shared staff in 2002.

At least Jeb isn't dumb enough to stand next to Charlie Crist).

JEB & CRIST'S falling out reminds me of Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie's break-up. I wish the media would ask Crist or Jeb if they have had a falling out. Let's get some more accuracy in journalism.
