FLA AG CHARLIE CRIST VIOLATED FLORIDA'S GOVT IN THE SUNSHINE LAWS. I'll be right back with that. The rules are on his AG web page. His AG Office violated them, probably on more than one occasion but I'll be back with the one we caught him on. (FV paralegal Federal Crt Jury Trials.)

Charlie Crist's AG Office was in violation of the Sunshine Laws. The AG Office corresponded via email on March 24, 2005, with the Fla Bar Assn. that the AG OFFICE agreed with the bar's email about protecting the judiciary from criticism and "This must stop."

Q. What is a public record? A. The Florida Supreme Court has determined that public records are all materials made or received by an agency in connection with official business which are used to perpetuate, communicate or formalize knowledge. They are not limited to traditional written documents. Tapes, photographs, films and sound recordings are also considered public records subject to inspection unless a statutory exemption exists.

FREEPERS, LURKERS AND MEDIA, Charlie Crist's Fla Attorney General's Office perpetuated that Judges in the Terri Schiavo matter were "heroes" but even before that, his office perpetuated that the judiciary's independence would be protected instead of say, the people of the State of Florida.

FLA ATTORNEY CHARLIE CRIST VIOLATED THE SUNSHINE LAW through his employee Martha Barreiro who made a pledge to the Fla Bar to protect judges and to shut up people who think the judges are wrong.

He's not fit to serve as our next governor. Sorry, Charlie. Go work on your tan.

(when his assistant Martha wrote that email to the Fla Bar, Terri Schiavo had been without nutrition or hydration for SEVEN DAYS. They weren't concerned about Terri but of criticism about the judges who were killing her.)

Crist’s best friends are democrats. Heller from St. Pete, Wexler from S. Florida. You mentioned the voters voting for commercials instead of candidates. That's not why Charlie won. Like it or not, he was the annoited one. It was his time. Just like it was Dole's shot to lose the Oval Office. Everybody knew Dole would lose, too. It was STILL his time. In similar fashion, Charlie had the tickets punched and waited patiently for his shot. He didn't waste it. Thats the politics of politics. Especially at the state level.

I agree. Hopefully, McCollum will punch his tickets just as faithfully and someday it'll be his time at bat for the head office. There have been allusions that McCollum has been a little wishy washy on some conservative issues. But time will tell.
