The crew won't be replaced, but the AL Director of Umpires will likely have a conference call or an on-site.
As to umpire's calls, I always remember what Tom Landry used to say when the Cowboys lost on a close call by an official:
"If an official's call determines the outcome of a game, you didn't play hard enough."

Landry flew B-17s or B-29s, as I recall. That's what made him such a cool customer in the NFL.

No one didn't play hard enough tonight. The Angels were robbed. I'm not even an Angels fan, but I'm as pissed about this as I would if it had happened to the Red Sox-- which it did in the 2004 ALCS, but the bad calls were overturned.
