Pardon my stroke, sir. There is a . between the words "attack" and "From."

The period generally indicates the end of a sentence. The capital "F" indicates the beginning of a new sentence. One message is therefore separate from the other.

"From 10pm - midnight PST." is a run on sentence. It certainly indicates a time, but does not make clear which event is supposed to take place at that time. I don't mean to nitpick, but it was certainly confusing.
